Fitness for Life
A few years back, I wrote the “Fitness for Life” column for Pennsylvania Health and Fitness Magazine. I composed a total of about 90 articles over the course of my journalistic career. It was a great way for me to practice the art of reflection, and I like to think it provided some degree of insight and inspiration for the readers.
Similar to my other writings, the basic premise of “Fitness for Life” was that with a little reflection, health and fitness experiences can lead to life lessons. The trick is to learn how to reflect effectively, and to make it a habit. With practice your brain will start to see new lessons and connections in even the simplest things, illuminating your experience of life.
